93 Transmittion (4x4)

When I bought the truck a little over a year ago it was shifting kinda hard into 2nd.. It went away for a while and recently came back.. Now it won't shift out of 1'st.. A few months ago a hole split in the line and I replaced it, all the fluid came out so I put new in it.. Just started today, so bascially im wonderin if I need to replace the tranny or is there something else I could look for? Is there a site or does anyone have a link on how to pull the transmittion? I have around 150k on it.. There's a place called pull-a-part that sells em for like 65 bucks! Bad part is you have to do it yourself! Any help would be great! Thanks!
