1996 Honda Accord LX 2.7L Problems

Alright, so I've had my Honda Accord for roughly a year and it came with 160k miles on it. After a few months of having it, the water pump, radiator, and starter failed. I got all of them replaced. The car has been running great until 4 days ago. I had to move my car in order to clean the interior of it. That was the last time it would start.

After I was done spraying my Lysol and such on the inside of my car, I let it be for 3 hours. Then when I went to go out, it just wouldn't start. The lights would turn on and everything. It just wouldn't turn over. I even jumped the car. Nothing. I made sure the connections were clean and re-tightened. Still nothing. Then I took the starter to my local auto parts store and had it tested. It failed. So I got a new one. It arrived this morning. I installed the new starter an hour ago and cranked the car on...only for it NOT to start still. So now, I'm running out ideas (and patience) because I need this car to work.

So anyone have any ideas?
