trooper 3.2DOHC misfire

Hi,
My 94 trooper 3.2DOHC, 140,000km has a misfire problem. It was really bad, and I could only limp home at 30mph. A friend checked it over and found one of the cylinders wasn't firing correctly. It had a faulty spark plug. I changed all of these but two had oil in the tubes, which I cleaned, along with a new fuel, oil and air filter. The car now runs 95% but at low revs there's still a hint of misfire which clears after a couple of seconds of acceleration. There are no fault codes showing. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
