'92 F-150 idles high

My '92 F-150 5.0L idles high. I have removed the throttle body and cleaned it up and replaced the throttle position sensor and checked for vacuum leaks to no avail. any advice is appreciated.

how have you went about finding vacuum leaks? granted the way im going to tell you is in no way safe nor smart and by all means try at your own risk but if you take a can of starter fluid and spray it lightly around the intake, hoses, etc. even around the brake booster. make sure the engine is cold and just started when trying this... those manifolds get hot within mere seconds. if you have cruise control check the cable from the actuator and take it off. maybe it is sticking? had that problem before. also check the screw on the throttle arm ... try backing it off and see what happens. before you do that though be sure and mark it so you can put it back in the right spot if it doesnt work
