stuck seat belt buckle

I have a 2007 Focus with a stuck seat belt buckle. The belt is stuck half way in the latch and won't release. Anybody run across this? If so how do you get the buckle latch apart?

Never mind. I got it apart. One good pull and it popped. Shot it with some WD and seems to be working good.
