Xjr-12

I am looking for the above kit from studio 27 either 1990 or 1991 version.
If anybody knows where i can pick one up i would be grateful to hear.

Also is it possible to convert the the tamiya XJR-9 to a XJR-12 as the decals are available for both 1990 and 91 cars?

Many thanks in advance

Jon

I have a LM91 one in purple livery that I'll sell, I'll add a new untouched Zero Paint Silk Cut Purple paint bottle. If you have something serious in mind feel free to send me an offer by PM.

I got a LMM XR14 Gold Line also, but it would be tricky to steal from my hands...

Re: Xjr-12

It is possible to convert the Tamiya kit. Motor Racing Models magazine did an article on the conversion to build the '90 LM winner. Sorry, don't remember the issue number but I can look it up when I get home.

It is issue #14. The magazine was called Motor Racing Replica News at that time, later switched to Motor Racing Models. They show up on Ebay occasionally. Probably the most difficult part would be the roof scoop on the rear deck.

Currently you can buy decals for both Jaguar LM'90, LM'91 in HJL. http://www.hlj.com/hljlist2/?SaleGro...0Sale%20Decals
