I recently bought a new 2010 malibu. It is a 1LT and has the 17" rims with chrome covers on them. I am not a fan of steel wheels and really like the look of the LTZ model rims. I am looking to buy the LTZ rims, but would like to know if there will be any issue with this as the LTZ rims are 18". I have only been able to find them on ebay, outside of the dealer which I haven't priced yet, and here's a link if you need to see them.

Can I switch the tire monitors over easily if at all?
Will there be any problem with the computer with the one inch difference?
Any help would be appreciated.
Also the link I gave says they are identical aftermarket rims, are these something to stay away from or are they going to be decent rims like oem rims.
