97 ram 5.2 gas light?

I just bought this truck 3 weeks ago, and shortly after cel came on P0441. I thought it might have to do with the gas guage not working correctly, it fluctated up and down. Then the fuel pump went out and left me stranded on a major highway,so then ithought thats my code right there, had it fixed. Ran fine for a week, then Yesterday cel came back on once again p0441 and today my gas light comes on and off at random, and i know there is gas. Could this be tied to a vacuum leak, cause i changed the plugs, wires, cap(what a pain) and rotor and i cracked a vac line but i bandaged it up so i thought.I will be replacing it tommorrow but i wanted to know what you guys think. Any Ideers?
