Climate Control Display Dead???

Hello Everyone,
My climate control display in my 3000GT went dark. In the past it took awhile to flicker then it stayed illuminated but now it won't display anything. it stays dark. However, the climate control buttons operate ( AC/ Heat/ Fan, etc.) the system.

Can anyone provide some help?

There is a resistor in them that goes bad. IF you are any good with electronics you can fix it yourself.

If not I can sell you a working display.

just curious, is that with all the years? i know the 91's were at least a different color, then toward the end of production the unit looked completely different.

I beleive 91-96 were all the same. There are several posts on 3si about the resistor and what is needed to do to fix it.
