Need Specs for Ford 5.0L in 86' F-150

Hello, I have an 86' Ford F-150 with a blown 5.0 L engine. I need to rebuild this engine, but I can't find the rebuild specs other than bolt torque in any manuals I have at home. I need the specs for things such as the bore diameter, bearing clearances, crankshaft measurements etc... I also need to know what is the largest amount you can overbore this engine from specs.
