99 Exp lacks power going up hill. Possible Cat Converter prob?
My 99 Expedition lacks power when going up hills. I was wondering if maybe the catalytic converters were clogged. Anyone ever gutted out the cats? Also what are the pros and cons of gutting the cats? I notice there is a O2 sensor after the cat, will this be a problem?
