replacing the beloved timing belt!

whats the best(easiest) what to hold the crank pullry when removing the bolt? Also being as the zetec I4 is non interfance, is it necessary to hold the cams in place? How much would they move when changing the timing belt etc etc.?

try to break crank bolt lose before removing belts you can also losen by putting a wrench on the bolt & smack it with mini sledge.
ALWAYS line timing tdc up before removing timing belt/chain.
