'92 camry: broken timing belt
i new it could get worse, and it did. pulled cap and the rotor isn't turning. when the engine died the other day i was doing about 60 m.p.h. and had soothing sounds of Damage Plan (used to be Pantera) just pounding, so i guess my next question would be.......seeing how i wouldn't have been able to here a gunshot being fired off in the car at the time i'm wondering if the valves and pistons became one which each other. '92 2200, is this an interferrence type deal to where i most likely bent every valve?
Thank You, Jon |

Re: '92 camry: broken timing belt
No, it is not an interference engine.
