94 jimmy rear right tire wobble

The right rear tire on my 94 jimmy has started to wobble. I think the axle may be bent. I tried another wheel and it still wobbles so the wheel wasnt bent, also i took the wheel off, jacked up the rear end, put it in gear and ran it and it still wobbled. Im wandering if there are wheel bearins going bad, or if the axle is just bent and if so how can i fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
