97 integra viabration

son has a viabration on right side, he ran in a ditch. while i inspected it he needed brakes rotors on all corners , so i did that. when i test drove i felt the viabration at accelaration and just rolling, would stop if i turned right. thought it might be cv axel so i replaced and same issue. sounds like something rubbing but everything is clear. could this be just an alignment issue?or strut? thanks tim
