Iam stupid?

Hi,

I attempted to replace the Fix antenna in the rear, cos I bought a new one.

But wtf how I did remove the fu***** antenna?

The bi**** dont move a mm.

The instruction frim autozone and haynes are use less...

first unscrew the mast,

if there is a plastic cover (a bezel) or anything in the way of that nut, turn it counter
clockwise see if the bezel screws off

then there is a nut below the bezel. remove it

antenna pulls out from inside the trunk.

The part in the bottom picture with the four notches is the part that unthreads. They make a tool to remove them but a punch and hammer. or a pair of needle nose will also work in a pinch.

yep...saved me some typing.

i have a whip antenna, not a pull-up type antenna.
