2001 mustang gt will not start

My Mustang 2001 turns over but will not start, I had not used the car for two months, So when I tried I had to charge the battery, with the battery charged it will not start, It turns over, And it had half tank of gas, This was on Saturday, On Sunday when I tried to start it, Same thing turns over but no start, I observed the gas Guage indicator reading about one eight of gas which I know is not accurate, And the low fuel light is on, But I still put in two gallons of gas, I checked the trip breaker in the trunk and it is okay, I checked the 20 amp fuse and it is good, I only have thirty thousand miles on this car, it is GT, 4.6, hardly used.
How can I recitfy this problem?
Please help
Thanks
Soca.

Can you hear the fuel pump engage for a second or two when you turn the key to ON? If not, the pump might be shot. If you can hear it, check fuel pressure and check for water in the fuel.

I had a similar issue on mine after sitting in the garage over winter. There are two relays for fuel/ECU. One strictly for the fuel pump, so take note when you turn the key to the on position if you hear the fuel pump or not. If you hear don't hear the pump prime, then the fuel relay could be at fault. If you do hear the pump prime, then you could look at the ECU relay.

A motor takes 3 things to run; fuel, spark and air.
