85 720 2.4 Carb Cant get rid of low idle miss??

I have a 1985 2.4 720 I just got with 103,000 miles.Very old man owned since new.Ever since I got it and cleaned up everything I have had a low idle miss.I have owned injected 2.4s before and they run so smooth the motor doesnt move But this one has a low idle miss after you rev it up a little it goes away.I have went through all vac hoses.new fuel pump and fuel filter, new wires, new plugs, checked timing, fuel and carb cleaner in tank, sea foam in gas and and engine, new exhaust,I need HELP!Where else or what should check next??It idles poor and after you start giving it gas a little bit the miss goes away?Someone did before I got it removed the cat convertor but I dont think there was a sensor in it?Let me know Please! Thanks,Born

Exclamation Re: 85 720 2.4 Carb Cant get rid of low idle miss??

I have noticed latley that my sensor light is now staying on on my 1985 720 z24 carb truck. Is there a way without taking this to nissan to retrieve the codes? Also what sensors on this motor would cause a low idle miss. The engine misses on this when its idling and up to about 1500 rpms and then you rev it up slow and get over the 1500 rpm mark it seems to run smooth like it is supposed to?Thanks hope someone can help!Born
