Ranger 1998 roof leak

I have a 1998 Ranger extended cab. The roof leaks into the cup holder by the rear window.
I thought it might be through the high brake light but re and re'd with RTV and I still have a leak. This is a lot of water, not just a trickle. I can't find any other openings in the roof.
Any ideas? This is a big problem on the Wet West coast

Had the same issue with my 98. I sealed off the top brake light on the cab also. I havnt had any leaks since then.
