Okay what parts does an engine require to be dressed? Does it include transmisison?

I'm also trying to get a dressed ingine weight on the VQ35DE.

dressed would be a complete engine with accessories (AC, alternator, waterpump, etc) and ready to run, i dont know if that would include fluids or not.
