Smile Hi Guys...Newbie here

Hi everyone I am Dave and as you can make out from my user name I am in Oz....Down Under.

Although I am new to this forum..I am definitely not new to die cast models...started at the young age of 6...Does anyone of you remember the DINKY brand...very popular back then...anyway...just a few stats..to prove that I am a serious when it comes to cars...I have about 230 models ranging from 1:43 to 1:18...mostly 1:18 though. (Not that quantity matters)....and if some of you guys thought....that the US was expensive come down here..where a decent AutoArt would cost you a 110$ on an average...to give you an idea...thats how much I spend on food for a fortnight. But hey I am not complaining...just informing.

By the way the most expensive one I have cost me a cool 395Aus$.... but it was still a bargain...Ayrton Senna's 1991 title winning McLaren Honda.

Anyway I think this is getting too long for an intro...so glad to be here and hope I can make some contribution. :alien:

Look out for a pictorial of my collection soon.

Cheers.

Thanks, not mine but i wish. I don't have the money to buy bags so i have to stick to redoing my 3/4 to a 4/6 drop on my 99 silverado. Thats funny you ask me this b/c i just got 2 pms asking the same thing. How ironic .
