Problem with antenna and trunk release..

So a while back my antenna went crazy on me and the engine that pulls the antenna in kept running so I decided to cut the wires (I know, stupid) but when i tried to reconnect them I accidentally put 2 wires together and s/c something I guess. Anyways I got my new antenna and hooked it up but the antenna won't come out when I turn on the radio. I checked it and had it checked at a garage they said that electricity is getting through but for some reason it isn't working.

Furthermore, after I s/c the wires the lights no longer come on when I open the door and the power door locks no longer work (they work fine when i engage them from the alarm remote but not when I try it from the button on the driver's seat). So I am guessing that the lights and power lock problems are directly related to the s/c of the power antenna wires.

Also I replaced the thing that allowed to open the trunk from inside the car, as the last one was broken and every time i used the button it kept the lock from going back to it's original position so I had to go and manually put into the right position. So they disconnected the button to avoid this, but now I don't know how to reconnect it.

What year PA do you have? We can't help without knowing the year.

Oops, I always forget to add the year it's a 1995 PA

EDIT: so nobody knows what might have happened?
