Brought a new kit today and i'm very amazed by it !!

Here's something i brought today on sale today for something different to build soon. Its a kit from Testors and i have to say i'm very supprized at the amount of detail work in the kit. I know not everybody like's these type of cars here.... but it's a change !
So....just thought i'd share.

These all all the parts

Great chassis detail

The kit is powered by a Chev 350 V8......This here shows the valve's in the head !!

This one shows the valve spring assemble that goes inside the head then has the valve cover put on. Quite amazing !!

Last one shows the kit with a set of wheels i put under it to see what it looked like

You do realise that will all that engine detail you will have to build it with the engine semi apart. i.e. with one head sitting beside it.
It would be shame to cover up those moulded in valves, altough making the rest of the water jacket, and boring cylinders into the block should be fun

Wow, for a company that makes terible bottles paints, I'm quite impressed with thier model kits. Any other cars they make? It looks very nice and I love the valves/valvesprings .

At first I thought this was one of Testor's pre-painted kits.

Guess not.
