None! Turboing an H series never holds up unless you only run 5-6 PSI. So if you want to only run 5-6, a T3/T4 is good.
Unless you want to build the engine first - Pistons, rods, and sleeves. Then you can run more. but that costs thousands on top of the price of a turbo kit.

id say that 6psi probably apllies to the B series too but some of that has to do with compression also, but you could run more with just the pistons and rods, sleeves might be overkill.

6 PSI? Maybe on a B18C5 which has 10.6:1 CR. You can run atleast 8 PSI on a C1. 12 PSI on a stock B1 which has 9.2:1, the rods can't handle more than 12 though.
With pistons and rods you could run 10 PSI on the H. More than that and the weak cylinder walls on an H series will start walking on you. But why go to the extent of pistons and rods to get 4 more PSI? Just get the sleeves and you could probably run 18 PSI with 8.5:1 compression.

you can do a turbo on the h22, and have it turn out pretty well. greddy makes a mild turbo kit that's pretty reliable. if you want more power but without the quality rep of the greddy, fmax makes a pretty good kit for the prelude. but yeah, h series in stock form aren't known to be friendly to high boost.

i guess im thinking of my dinky D16 . so the Bs have better cylinder walls then Hs?

Yeah D's can only handle 6 PSI also, but only because of the rods - not the cylinder walls. D's have better walls than H's!
Yes the B series is the best to turbo.

wow! thats cool to know. since im on the subject, if i had my rods balanced and shot peened and broke in some new piston rings do you think 35-50hp N20 fogger would be ok? ive been told it would but i realllly dont want to mess up my engine before the 240z is running (think hitchhiking)

D rods can handle 200 crank HP, so a 50 shot is no problem. So with that work you could probably handle 60, but why take that chance for only 10 more HP. What mods do you have now and how much HP do you think it has.

What about exhaust, how free-flowing is that? And how much power do you think you are making now?

Huh? You mean 115 to the wheels? The Z6 is one of the best D series and makes 125 stock on the crank.

OK
If it were mine I would do a 50 shot on it no problem. Especially if you do that work you said you were going to do with the rods a rings.
