Lexus RX 330 Clear Tail Lights?
Why are clear tails against the law, but lexus can use them?

They arent clear, they have red in them and they have a hyper bright LED system in them that makes them brighter then conventional tail lights...why do you want clear tail lights anyway thats just stupid looking...

there actually pretty nice, yeah ive always wonderd the same thing , how can they brake the laws and we cant, i smell some bullshit.

I dont think it matters that their appearance is clear, just as long as the color of the light that emits from it isn't. I like those, I saw em at the auto show, NYC.

And just for reference, most of the stuff at the auto show is more cleaned up than when it hits the street just to make it look better, i.e. lower springs, shaved door handles, reflectors in light assemblies, dark tints, ect.
