HELP! sorry about this but what does "nho em qua, Phoung oi!" mean? and what about "ia ochen skuchaiu po tebe"?

I am vietnamese so I should be able to help you out. "Nho em qua" means "I miss you a lot" or if you translate it directly, it means "I miss you too much"

"Phuong oi" is hard to explain. Phuong is a common Vietnamese name and "oi" just an expression.

So basically, it means "I miss you a lot Phoung."

any clue what language it might be? i got had two vietamese friends that i saw on Yahoo Messenger and they had those two phrases after there names. So i was just wondering and i don't know any asian languages.
