04 Concorde 3.5L Stumbling when making left turns

I am working on a 2004 Chrysler Concorde 3.5l that has a stumbling/wanting to stall when turning left. It also has a code P0340 which indicates a cam sensor circuit problem. I checked for any wiring issues as far as bare wires go but couldn't find anything. this has been an issue for awhile last time the code was cleared was like 8 months ago or so and it's been fine since then. this morning it wouldn't start, then when i went to look at it it started and she drove it and dropped it off and the check engine light it on with this code (P0340) anyone know of any problems with these? I have seen alot of people, onliine, replace them and not take care of the problem.

Thanks in advance
Joe
