350z Track version or 350z???

I am planing to buy 350z but then there are two versions the track and the normal version. Wuts different about them 2????

mainly, the track have a small rear wing... also small difference lite pasenger seat front spoiler etc..

As far as I know, the normal version was released before the real car was realeased. then there were a few errors in the kit, so the track version was produced, and I think it has more parts too.
Correct me if I am wrong though.
