retards......i hate talking about that subject b/c everyone has their opnion about what's a person and isn't concerning unborn babies....wasn't the baby out of her when found?? if so then that baby was considered to be "born" imo and should be considered a person

before the law can protect him

well the sentence seems to be complete crap since if he was protected by the law he wouldn't be dead. Law is just trying to get vengence for him and so called Justice

It's sick and nasty the person who commited the crime had to be a bitter deprived lunatic its just so sad

I think he should be charged with double murder. And he did it there is no doubt in my mind he's guilty. Everything he has done is so outrageously suspicious. And the woman from N.O.W. is a stupid bitch who needs to have a reality check. If that baby was born at the 8th month it could easily have survived thats the way I look at it. So yea he killed both of them. He's gonna rot in hell.
Quote:
Bill O'Reilly's comment on the N.O.W. Organization:
...the statement today by a New Jersey National Organization for Women president that Scott Peterson should not be charged with murdering his unborn child. California law says if anyone intentionally kills a fetus against the mother's will, that person can be charged with murder. But the NOW fanatics are so blinded by their abortion politics that they would allow anyone to kill a baby in the womb. That kind of thinking is horrifying and offensive.

You misinterpret what that means. The law often fails to prevent crimes from occuring, but protection implies that nobody enforcing the law would reasonably let something happen to you should they have the opportunity to stop it. Should a police officer walk by an abortion clinic with knowledge that they are currently "aborting" an 8.5 month old fetus, there's nothing legally he can do to stop it. Hence the fetus is "not protected under the law".

This is not to start a flamewar about pro life vs prochoice or what determines if/when a fetus is considered a person.

MY own personal feeling is this: once a child has been created inside the womb and has a heartbeat (which is early on in the pregnancy) that to me says it is a living and developing person. Just like when a baby is born, it continues on developing into an adult etc etc. Lets leave it at that and not get into a battle.

I am a die hard prochoice person but I will say this.......since women do have the legal right to end a pregnancy, one would think most of them would terminate it (if so desired) long before 8 months. So since Lacy was 8 months pregnant and there is "proof" that a child can survive out of the womb at that point, that to me tells me that it was her (or someone's desire) to keep the child since it wasn't terminated already. I personally cannot imagine carrying a child to full or almost near full term and then all of a sudden deciding to terminate it one day.

Either way I am all for Scott Peterson being charged for the murder of 2. These are 2 lives that will not live on to fulfill a significant role in society, regardless of whether the fetus is deemed a legal person.

SCOTTIE SHOULD FRY!

In regards to abortion I am prochoice, because each persons situation is different and I do not think that it is in the best interest of anyone to bring a child into this world unless they have the means and want to support the child. I definately am against abortion as a means of birth control and the people who use it as such. I am in the position that I would not even consider my wife having an abortion, but when we were 16 our situation was very different. I also believe that abortion should remain a plausable choice for rape victims. This is my opinion.

damn, if only that was true.

IMO, society has to many useless shells that pass off as people. we need natural selection.

As for Scottie, i hope someone 'forgets' to moisten his forehead sponge.

I know women have the right to murder their unborn in this country. At least this fucktard should be fried for the double murder regardless of what some nitwit from NOW blathers on about.

If she was 8 months into her term when she was murdered, and the baby can survive outside the womb at that age (premature babies remember), then that's two lives that have been taken. He's going to burn in hell either way, whether he is executed or not.
