keyless remote
does anyone nohow to program the remote cantrol on a 98 catera thanks.

The dealer is the only place you can have your remote programmed or if you can find someone with a Tech II computer they can do it. You will have to have all your remotes with you when programming, if you don't, you other remotes become disabled after programming the new one.

I believe all models of the Catera require dealer programming.

You Have To Take It To The Dealer I Had The Same Problem,almost Everything That Has To Do With That Car It Has To Be Done By The Dealer,there Is Not To Many After Market Parts For The Catara.....thats What We Get For Buying A German Car...lol
