Hope the car's owner doesn't see that last picture with the guy's greasy hands all over the rear quarter panel...

I was wondering what those marks were...I wondered if maybe the car took some body damage or something.

Wonder where these were taken? Germany? It doesn't look like the pictures of the McLaren workshop/factory at Woking. And the uniforms don't look like the white overcoats worn at the factory facility either.

Hands look clean enough and the car looks undamaged to me. What marks/body damage are you talking about?

I posted these ages ago. We figgured out a chassis # too. Do a search. I believe they came up in a thread about British Racing Green McLarens

It's XP5. The first 2 photos are obviously inside the old McLaren Cars building. The last 3 are next door at SPJ Autos (written on the guy's overalls) which is currently a car bodyshop place.

Note the guy in XP5 is the same as in the far left in the first photo. I shalln't mention his name since he still works for Cars.

Looks to me like its having its MOT. If the guy in the car works for MC then its because (and Im guessing here) they dont allow ANYBODY other than McLaren staff to even sit in the car.

EDIT

SPJ are a MOT testing place in Sheerwater

Couldn't think why the car was next door - an MOT makes perfect sense! Good thinking
