Hello,
Thanks to everybody for looking;
I had a little spare time today, so here we go for another ................UP.....!
I had a little work on the nuts fixing the wheels.
As I said earlier or somewhere else in another somebody's WIP, I bought a Mill.
so it was time to use it for the first time......
As the wheel nuts provided by Hiro are white metal ones, and not really nice, I decided to try my hand on those. It may not be perfect, but, remember, it's the first time in my lifeI use such a tool.............So.........sorry if it isn't perfect.......!
The first picture are the original provided nuts:


Those are there I made, alumunium:


And here you have the originals, above, and the remade ones down:


I put one, dryfitted, on a wheel to sse the effect.
I think it is not too bad, no?
What do you think, guy's?

Hello to everybody,
The turtle is back.........! Yes, he is.......with a little UP!!!!
Sory for the delay, hadn't much time with the Hollydays, the garden, and so on......
So, here we go.
First those are the front wings aerations (inserts) given with the kit.......

A little poor compared with the quality of the kit......
I decided to make new ones from my own.
Those are aluminium bits, made in form of an U and put in place.
Here are the results:




I had a litlle more time and made many smalls up.....
I put the "glass" parts on it, the rivets, the radiators and sides....

This is all for tonight.
Begining to feel the end of this loooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnng WIP.
More Up really soon.....(as I have to deliver the car one of these day.

Your idea with the folded alu for the grills is excellent but the overall cleanliness of detail is just...envious

I also really appreciate that this car doesn't shine as if it just came out of a beauty parlour (like a French poodle )
