Re: BMW Museum in Munich.
Fantastic photos, cheers Roger.
Agreed on Munich, I keep going back there because I love it so much. One day I'll live there assuming miracles do indeed happen. |

Re: BMW Museum in Munich.
Those images are superb, thank you for sharing them! I do need to ask, which road car that is though?
EDIT: I just saw in your post in the other thread that it is #047. Greg A Last edited by teflon; 02-13-2013 at 10:26 AM. Reason: found additional info |

Re: BMW Museum in Munich.
GTSpirit.com has reprinted Ian Kuah's article from 2007 of chassis #047 complete with hires images:
![]() In other news, I was recently told that the BMW Classics Collection museum was closing and the cars would be shifted to a different facility. I don't know if this will mean better access and more chances for the public to see the F1s in Munich, but I certainly hope that will be the case. >8^) ER |

Re: BMW Museum in Munich.
Nice set of pictures. Thank you for sharing.
And even more nice to see that man behind the wheel who gave me access to that particular F1 earlier this year! BMW Group Classic had to leave their building because of stability issues - it has been torn down last year. Access to their current (temporary) building is even more difficult than it already was in the old one :-( |
