If the car is owned by a company and is registered in their name...it IS possible to drive it legally without going through Motorex. There are certain restrictions on annual mileage and such, but that is about it. It just has to have corporate sponsorship.

He was banned initally due to breaches of the user guidelines. He was mistakinly reistated and then banned due to spamming.
the guidlines are there for a reason, he breached those guidelines and so was banned. this will be the last we hear of it, any more threads about this issue will be closed.
