I get the feeling here that people are getting mad cause this guy didn't have to pay for his car like some people on here who did. I don't pay for my car either. I don't think that u should get mad about that, he just has cool parents like i do.

Chevytrucks92 my car is a 2000 Z28 and no thats not my picture in the avator either. I have only gone 130 cause my tires arent Z rated.

~i dont mind that someone buys a car for you z28. the girl i'm dating right now is about to get a MINI S paid for by her father. that doesn't bother me. what does is if you say that YOU bought it then start telling everyone that you dont pay insurance, gas, and part of the car payment... what exactly did you buy? having your parents help out on a car is great, just dont take the credit for it.

It doesn't bother me. If you are fortunate enough to have parents willing to do that for you consider yourself very lucky. And give credit where credit is due.

I would be dangerous driving a 2004 Cobra and I'm 34 with 2 kids. Of course I would change out the pulleys on the supercharger to squeeze 500HP out of it. I can honestly say I would probably not be here right now if I had a car like that when I was 16. Do your parents have any idea what kind ridiculous power those have?

I agree with you two. Anyone who says at first that he "Worked his ass off and skipped lunch to pay for the car." " No my rich parents didnt pay for it" and then later says "Well my parents pay the insurance and some of the car notes if my grades are good and my friends pay for gas" is obviously a very unsuccessful liar. My first car was the Nova in my signature, and with my little 275hp/275 torque 350 I had the thing parked ina tree in about a month.. I honestly cant imagine a 16 year old with such a high powered car.. If by some miracle he DOES own the car his parents need to be examined for getting him the car, and they have no right to whine if he comes home hurt from a wreck as it is their fault.

when i was fifteen, I went all by myself and bought A GNX from a private collector all by mysef!! The bank just gave me the $80,000 because They had noticed that I have been mowing grass for lunch money since I was 12 and my insurance is free bcause my umm dog pays for my insurance...... Now I have this bad ass car but I don't drive it or do anything elese because I throw everything I got into the car. I don't even take it to curise nights because I am trying to afford my car.
