I've started modeling when I was 10, with a couple of fighter airplanes. After that, when I was 15, I made a crappy Tammy Ferrari F189 and an even crappier Nissan R89C. After a short break of almost 9 years I rediscovered my old hobby and started modeling.
I'm a big fan of Italian cars, especially Alfa Romeo, Lambo and Ferrari, and everything that has to do with group C and Le Mans, especially the Porsches, so those are my favourite subjects.

Hi,
My name's Mariusz Bocian, living in Warsaw, Poland. I'm 30. I'm a happy owner of 95' Saab 900.
I took up scale modelling as a hobby long ago (military figures and vehicles 1/35), but had a long break. Now I'm considering getting back into business, this time with car kits. I'll focus on 1/24 european classic cars of 80'. First I've got to referesh and improve my skills. I can't wait till I start, cause some great kits are waiting for me: Tamiya's MB 500 SEC Lorinser, Fujimi's BMW 635 CSi Hartge, Porsche 911 Turbo 85' (both Enthusiast series) and MB AMG 190E.

Do you perhaps know any Saab car model kits? Didn't find any.

I'm around 36-ish. I can't ever remember my exact age, and I don't plan on making that a priority anytime soon. It's just a number.
I've actually been a member here for quite some time, I just never realized there was a modeling section! MAn, was I missing out or what?
As for my modeling preferences...if it has 4 wheels (or 2) I'll build it.

Just married last september had our first baby in december to go with the 4 & 6 year olds my wife already had. The oldest has built four models so far 3 planes 1 truck. The middle one has built his first models a slammer. The baby is a little young yet. He mainly just drools a lot. Spent the previous 14 years in the record retail industry got laid off and started working with a friend of mine doing HD video & live event production. That's it. Oh just bought my first airbrush and compressor today. Silentair scorpion II and an Iwata Revolution CR.
