Thanks for all your comments... means a lot!!

I did actually use a photo etch radiator mesh, but it is hard to see in the images... it was a part of the GrazyModeler PE set.... and there will be another mesh on the cowling covering the radiator.

Re: Yamaha YZR-M1 Valencia Edition

This will be the last batch of images for this build. It was a challenge at times, but I'm satisfied with the final result. I need to figure out exactly how I want to display it before posting final images. For now, these will have to do.

This is a master piece Ole. I envy your patience fiddling with all those detailing bits. A+ from Sweden!

Re: Yamaha YZR-M1 Valencia Edition

Wow really nice work you done on that bike!!
Can you give me tips on how to install the Carbon Fiber on the rear fender.
I tried on the bike I'm doing and it didn't work.
Thanks!

I used SMS decals, made a template from masking tape and applied it. It's a one piece decal, but you could cut it into smaller pieces. Lots of MicroSet amd Sol is required. Once the decal is set, I applied MicroSol and after a few minutes, hot air from a hairdryer which helps the decal to conform. Once it was dry, I gave it a light coat of Tamiya X-19 smoke and then clear.

Re: Yamaha YZR-M1 Valencia Edition

I tried to make a template with masking tape but I couldn't apply it everywhere and perfectly. I'll try to cut the template in smaller pieces.
Thanks!
