no, its a manual. and we swapped cars before, and my car still won. so it wasnt driver error. face it, the 3rd gen is underpowered in stock form. dont be upset about it, so are civics. the difference is that civics are easy to swap something bigger into, and they are lighter, and the prelude has neither of those as options.

Re: AWD in my b20 lude.

There are different definitions of fast. I mean 10-sec NA fast. I didn't say yall were ricers, I said yall have the rep of ricers. The most riced out cars are Civics and Cavilers, Thats a fact. I have nothing against them.

Re: AWD in my b20 lude.

What a dumbass. once again: IM.....NOT....CALLING........CIVIC.........OWNERS. .........RICERS,....IM SIMPLY SAYING THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE RICE THEM OUT. Get your head outta your ass for 2 seconds, and read more than just the last post. Anything can be riced, a lot of people choose civics b/c they're cheap. I saw one to day with an R33 front, sideskirts, a rear with a burnspot because there is no muffler cutout, one spinner hubcap that was hanging off, and three bare black stock wheels. Then I saw another very clean black example. It looked ok.

Re: AWD in my b20 lude.

haha get my head outta my ass the only head that is up there is yours.. people buy "Civics" cuz there light and motors can be swapped fairly easy unlike the "Prelude" which is heavy like a dam hippo and swaps seem extremely complicated... well im done with you mr. Lude so if you can think of anything better to say then post it if not just go back to your "Prelude" forum.. and jabber your mouth in there

Re: AWD in my b20 lude.

I wouldn't say it was a hippo, accord, thats a hippo. Its only complicated because you don't understand. I have nothing against your lil civic. Seems to me you have an inferiority complex(that means you need to get some self confidence.) Im going to leave this alone. You truly are a ricer. You know nothing of the culture and don't understand that I can talk about your car and still respect it. I talk about V-8s to, but I know that unless its in the curves Im probably going to get beat. Next time you get to race a Prelude make sure its in some twisties, make sure you have a tow truck on standby to get your car out of the woods.

i find that funny...so i can call your mom an ugly b***h that can't do jacks**t but get f**ked by me...but i still respect her...that's essentially what your saying when u talk about someones car...atleast some people take it that personal...but u get the point...and why does everyone think they can race their hondas on winding roads b/c everyone says it handles good if i still had my 70hp ED6 i'd beat a lot of preludes on winding roads b/c i knew what my car could handle and knew at what speeds in the turns where my tires would loose grip...now if i had my civic...i'd beat a prelude in the curves stock for stock, mod for mod...if u want to take me up on the challenge, wait until i get another hb and we can go to The Tail of the Dragon

I'm down. The tail of the dragon is sweet. I did the last part of it and had a blast. It was cool cuz I continued home through my spots...

Re: AWD in my b20 lude.

Responding to a few things said on the first page ...

Hondas are the generic low cost models put out in the US. You want to call a prelude luxury and your just mistaken, thats what acura is for. The reason acura, the brand itself, was made for the USDM market was to differentiat the label from cheap and economical cars, aka Honda, to something more luxury and robust that wasnt so economical.

The "sports lux" as you put it would be the s2000. If you care to argue about your sports lux, call it economy lux.

Second thing, If you want to talk numbers for enginge output and torque ect ect. You better understand that it boils down to TWO figures. HP:Weight and Torque. If you have higher torque but your HP:Weight ratio is crap, your torque is doing nothing for you. While you take the Civic and its HP:Weight ration can go from stock of 108 (si):to roughly 2k pounds all the way to 160hp:2300 to 2400 pounds. Your prelude can not come close to those numbers with any kind of stock engine.

Lets not get into the accord, thats just a poor excuse for a people mover. It might as well be a station wagon but i bet you my mom could smoke your lude with her 04 accord. She doesnt drive over the speed limit either ;>

Simply put though, you dont come into the house of Civic and try to dis us. Were a bigger family here then you have for your "Lewd". If you wanted more information about making your lude AWD you should have asked them ... ohh wait ... they are nothing but a bunch of flaming pricks who would laugh at you for asking such a stupid question ... Look what you got for coming in here ;>

I think the collective knowledge and general care base here in the civic forum deserves an apology for you affront to our pride. Take your ass back to the lude forum and stay there.
