Sort of finish decorating, so I have moved the older models upstairs into the new Ikea Bertby cabinets.

Re: How do you display yours?

This is the way I display mine. I looks pretty good, it reduces the dust, but there still is some. I'll buy display boxes for my models this summer.

I have my cars on top of a wooden shelf right now but in the summer me n my bro want to make a diorama. We plan to paint it ashphalt black, it will have a higway, a garage, a drag strip, and a little street.

Nah.. IKEA in the UK. I've got some, as I paid a visit to them a few months back. Got some floor standing ones as well..

Worst bits of flat pack I've ever brought..!! Cheap tacky rubbish TBH. You get what you pay for..

To be fair, once built (carefully, otherwise it drops to bits or breaks) and they are inplace in your house, and you secure them to the wall or floor, they are fine and do the job, but not the best bits of furniture.

It was the first time I'd been to IKEA, will go again I guess, but just don't expect much, as their cheap stuff is just that - cheap..!!

He has done a nice job with the units though.. Proof that cheap can look good if done well..!!

I use 2 IKEA towers and planning to get a third one!

The "two towers" can contain 6 skylines per stage (but it doesn't look good) and they don't cost too much: $115CAD and the new prince is low: $85CAD (before taxes)

The big one in the middle is full of 1/18 die-cast...
The tinny one is my friend's tower: a CD display case witch can hold 9 1/24 scale cars... 40 canadian bucks
