Yes, this is good thing. Brilliant!
Last time when it wore that livery, was that Tour in 1997 January. Seen the car in Helsinki. I don't know how soon it got the Orange livery after this show tour.

I expect it'll be further forward than this pic - rear lights in, engine possibly in, still in white without the stickers though

Hmm very few testing stations would be able to accomodate a vehicle with that low a ground clearance and shallow entry / exit angles onto the brake test rollers. You need an arangement where the rollers lift up and lift the wheels clear of the deck once the car is in place.
