Re: WIP-Saving a 10 year old model, JACCS FERIO

Hey there... Have you made any progress on this kit? Your work so far is AWESOME!
I am curious how you'll do the suspension as i have the PIAA ferio kit and i know its gonna have that same look. I want it next to my PIAA accord- and that thing is dropped!

Re: WIP-Saving a 10 year old model, JACCS FERIO

You know, I got to the point where I got the body white again and decided to change up the front a tad bit to make it more accurate per a couple of pictures I have seen in a hyper rev magazine but it pretty much went on the back burner. I built the suspension when the kit was new so I can tell you that by comparison to the Tamiya Accord, it looks extremely high even though there's no wheel gap at all. If you pay attention to the disc brake mounting points they are offset so that they give the appearance of a modified suspension even though it still uses the standard civic suspension. I can post pics from the magazine if you'd like to use them for reference but it's not even on the same rims.

Maybe I'll get back to this model soon now...
