the SRT4 makes that at the wheels right from the facotry. As Sport Compact demonstrated recently. 223whp and 250lbs-ft at the wheels as well.. posting a 13.9 in the 1/4 [with 1/4 tank of gas] and a 5.9 to 60.. you'd be hard pressed to find more for less $19.995!!!

And yes. Dodge mentions 205-215 at the fly.. but like all performance models before it. Someone at Dodge loves speed. and is sand bagging numbers for us to enjoy

and its not just about straight line speed. the SRT4 comes with Koni's all 'round and like its big brother the Viper, has specially designed Michelin tires.

Yeah, that sometimes bugs me though, because some people don't believe you when you tell them what your car is putting out pretty much stock. I have first had experience with this, but it is nice for the lower insurance rates.
