While its off, tap the front of the gauge and see if it goes back to zero... If so, it might be wore out or in need of recalibration... At least, I think you can recalibrate them...

its new... like less then 12 months old...
because my old ones where stolen... (bastereds!)
anyone know how to re-calibrate a mechanical boost gauge? think autometer will replace it? and tips?
