Technically the S2000 is mid engine because the engine is behind the front axles. It's just not the same type of mid engine setup most people are thinking about.

seriously though. how can the crx or hatch be better than the other? they have the same front in (by design)...they have the same engine...they have the same interior design...they both have a hatch. whats the difference? 1 has a back seat and one does not. really not that big of a difference to say one is better than the other.
