Re: Does your car idle like it should?

Well I know that it used to run rich....and lean if I let it run down off throttle in gear. So I replaced the MAP to one from an integra and now my a/f (I know they are fickle) shows it being right on...Ill try those all tomorrow maybe, just got home from a concert...Im dead ass tired.

Re: Does your car idle like it should?

Mine did that, but more extreme...it was the MAP, think it had a vaccum leak at the end of the hose, I started the car, pulled the hose (car died), started it with the hose off and of course it ran like dog crap, at about 200rpm. Shut it off and reconnected and its fine, its done it a couple of times...on the highway too, which causes it to run leaner than ever (and the smell will burn the hair out of your nose). Always works for me, the mysteries of hondas...damn little gremlins in there.
