Depending on how old they are when you rape them..........probably gain respect like say 25yr old
sorry didn't mean to type that out loud

Re: Brand New Vs. Death Cab For Cutie Vs. Taking Back Sunday Vs. The Early November

so do u think it could be deemed statuatory rape if the 17 yr old girl rapes the 22 yr old guy? could she be prosecuted for rape of a guy older than her if she's underage? that would be one sticky court case..

Re: Brand New Vs. Death Cab For Cutie Vs. Taking Back Sunday Vs. The Early November

Guess that depends where you live. Fla. doesnt have a statuatory rape law.
If the they are between the ages of 16 and 23 then it is legal here for some odd reason. Just read that in a local paper earlier this week. But if the young one is younger than 16 its still not statuatory rape it's lewd and lachivious behavior with a minor. Same thing I think?
Where as in Ms. if they were within 6months of turning 18 then they are legal but everything under is statuatory rape.

No, I would have killed myself by then. I'm gonna be glad when this fad blows over.

I do like Senses Fail, Underoath, and August Burns Red, but I dont think that counts as Emo, does it?

i agree. This emo bullshit has to go soon. whatever happened to real punk rock? Even Ska only became big for like 2 years. this shit, though, its like SARS. all the little middle school/high school kids are going berserk-depressio and bitching about nothing important.
If i had it my way, i'd give all those losers some ecstacy to shut them the fuck up. i hope they OD and die.

do you take the lyrics to heart and complain about how your heart was taken, ripped up, and left to die? if not, then no.

Re: Brand New Vs. Death Cab For Cutie Vs. Taking Back Sunday Vs. The Early November

1.) Sic Transit Gloria...Glory Fades is probably one of Brand News better songs.
2.) "Break Stuff" by Limp Bizkit has got to be one of the worst songs ever. It lacks any real creativity, simple lyrics laid over a mediocre guitar trying to hide in the distortion. Granted it does say "I hate you" but Fred ran out of good music after $3 bill yall. That CD wasn't that bad but they fell apart quick after that.

I'd still say "i'm gonna break your fucking face, you bitch" instead of crying "i hope you drive off a cliff, you heart-breaking devilwoman"

Re: Brand New Vs. Death Cab For Cutie Vs. Taking Back Sunday Vs. The Early November

the instrumentation in deathcab for cutie is quite intricate and they have a pretty big, but not overwhelming sound. not to mention i like the other stuff that deathcabs lead singer as done, so they're probably my favorite.

Brandnew's first cd was great. they took what should be sad topics and turned them into happy perky fast songs while thoroughly making fun of himself in the process. but there second cd was depressing trash =/

and taking back sunday just sucks

the early november is ok, but i prefer the lead singers side project I Can Make A Mess Like It's Nobodys Bussiness. the side projects alot better!

replace stock speakers with Pioneers, plus two tweeters built into the dash or doors. costume sub box in place of center console, still picking subs, probably a pair of eights
Engine & Suspension: Ram air intake, Daul side exhaust, ignition and wires, hoter cam if available, need to learn how to port heads, some kind of cute dress up kit. lowering springs, stiffer shocks, and tie bars, and wheels (Weld Racing perhaps)

I would agree with most of that. Death Cab's new CD Plans is amazing as is Transatlanticism.
Deja Entendu however, is one of the greatest CD's ever in my opinion. The deep poetic lyrics compliment the music quite nicely.
Taking Back Sunday is okay not great but totaly better than Limp Byzkit. But that isn't realy saying a whole lot.
You are totaly right about I Can Make a Mess, that is also one of the better CD's I own.
