Re: What motor?

well for me, money, and a full time job that takes over 50hrs a week, finding out about other things you need that you can't just get around the corner at the store...etc.

Re: What motor?

yea, there's all kinds of little roadblocks that pop up. the worse one so far was when i was putting the #5 piston in place and the cylinder wall getting scratched in the process. we had to re-hone it.

Re: What motor?

I Think The Best Way To Do It And Get All The Parts Is To Ask People And Talk To People Around Your Area Maybe Some Shop Or Someone Will Have Some Experence In This Project. Im Sure You Could Find Someone, Because Your Going To Need Help With Something Its Not Going To Just Go Together Perfect.

Re: What motor?

things you're going to NEED, new fuel pump, new harness, pcm, different radiator, new intake ducts... you'll need several other things... but what else you need is determined by what you want to do with emissions, air conditioning, power steering, what type of accessory bracket you use, there a million decisions to make, and i'm too tired to write a novel and tell you what you're going to need for each different combination of decisions... sorry
