Hey Veyron/Dino,

I'm Guido on F1M.com and yes, I already love it here. I tried to get Guido as a name here, but it didn't work so I choose my "official" nickname Huudo.

That's what happened to me, somewhere in here there is a Dino, so I couldn't get it. Members here are unaware of me being Enzo's other Dino. I love Ferrari's and have a mega stash of kits to prove it. Good to hear from you!

Man, are you going to either drool or cry if Veyron/Dino ever posts a pic of his unbuilt Ferrari collection. Not to mention he's got a ton of 'em built too. No joke!:sun:

Guess I'll be posting a few of my Ferraris here as well. Maybe even in the other forum. I've built the Tamiya 360 Modenas, the Italeri 288GTO (it's nicer than you'd think), a Monogram 308GTB (also nice for a very simple kit), a Hasegawa 328GTS, and Tamiya's Testarossa. Give us time, we'll keep you guys buried in pics if you let us

I don't post a lot on this forum, but I definitely read a lot.

This is a great site for information! I love it, it's helped me tremendously.

One of these days I'll post before/after pics of models...before and after I found this website.

I love this site! But I can't believe how much I've spend on this hobby after finding about the site.:alien:

It's so funny that I met MX100 on this site. I kinda know his neighbour before joining AF. Somehow he asked me if I know his neighbour and we got together for a show and shine, now we're friends. Thank you AF, and everyone here.

Talking I would like to thank...

JE123 for inviting me to join. I've only been here since July but I feel more comfortable here than at my local model club! I usually get ignored when I show up with my "Rice-Racers" as they have been called I feel as though I've been accepted by the best group of modellers in the world (literally!) I have a long way to go before I reach some of you guys's level but I thank you all for being supportive of my stuff!:sun: I hope that if there's anything I can do to help this forum grow, please let me know!!! I plan on being here for a looong time!!!

I know excatly what you mean about the local hobby club. Insteda of going there and having a beer or 2 or 3 or 4 and getting laughed with me, I get behind the computer now, with a beer or 2 and share my info/knowledge in the screen instead of face to face. And you know what? As this forums proves, IT WORKS!

Cheers!

Amen to that brother !!!
Our club here is almost finished due to them making the "car modellers" feel most un-welcome. If you dont do tanks/planes you dont feel welcome.
The last time i was there they had a new young guy come along for the first time with a "slammed" Honda Accord that looked really cool IMO.
By the end of the night the poor guy was almost in tears from the shit he took........And me being me, i couldn't keep my mouth shut when they started poking fun of him and the other car modellers.
