Re: AWD in my b20 lude.

Im stock as of yet also. But stock 2 litre ludes arent all that slow to be 13-17 old cars. And when I do start to build my car it'll be anything but rice. come on over to Prelude Power sometime and check out the 3rd gen forums. B20 sucks, HA! come see what a b20 can do.

Stock for stock? Haven't had the oppertunity to race my S (2 liter dual carb) model yet. I'll have my SI in two weeks, LET THA CIVIC KILLIN' BEGIN! Do the math, I have more torque than some civics have hp. aaaahahahahahahahahaaaaa

Re: AWD in my b20 lude.

man seriously, 3rd gen ludes are cool and all, but they arent fast. my best friend has the cleanest 3rd gen lude ive ever seen, but he gets his ass handed to him by my EF every time, and all i have is a "little" b16 in it. come to think of it, my "heavy" d16z6 powered del sol beats his lude too.

again, 3rd gen preludes are cool for what they are, something different and uncommon made by honda, but they arent fast in stock trim at all, and they take a lot of work to make fast

They're hardly uncommon. Everybody and their mother has one in SC. Some are fast too, must be an anamoly or something...

First of this is the Civic forum.
Second I wouldn't call that Hondas sports lux car.

There's quite a few turbos 'ludes there, a few H22 ones, and a few all motor. Its hard to make an all motor 'lude fast thats true. Its made to be a higher speed cruiser.
I saw SC, where in SC? I used to live in gwood, I have people there waiting for me to get my 3rd gen SI so that we can start a car club.

I just have to put an engine in b/c the last owner did 130 on the highway for half a minute, then the car was stolen and the theives blew the engine. so, itll be ready soon.

The guy with the EF: your freind must have an auto or maybe he just can't drive.

First of all. You just said "its hard to make an all motor 'lude fast". Now didn't you say earlier you had NO mods done to your car? So if its hard to work on a prelude and make it fast, how is yours fast at all with no modification done?

Second of all... 130mph isn't all that fantastic, and it means nothing as far as how fast your car can accelerate. I have done 130 in a ford ranger, Infiniti Q45, a crown victoria and my CRX. The Ford Ranger only had 119 HP... so by you saying how high of speed your old engine hits, has nothing to do with anything.

I'm not here to flame you... but calling us all ricers and saying your heavy ass tank can beat our cars... is well a joke.

I am sure more than half the people on here would smoke you without even trying.
