well that is exactly why this is a problem to me. because I am the manager, its my job to solve these issues which affect the performance of my company. Legally I cant fire them, seriously if I do i'd loose my job. I know I can set it up and go through the proper channels to get rid of him but I much rather settle it on the black top. I have tons of guys lined up who want to race him and mop the floor with him but he just wont race anyone else, he goes after the easy kills. he's like the guy in highschool who picks on the handicaped because it makes him feel tough. I think anyone here would not stand by and watch without wishing they could snap his neck, its not that I want to race him! I've raced enough people to know the outcome but I just cant stand pricks like him.

It was an older style, not quite sure, but I think the lettering was 240sx, anyways, it looked kind of like a probe, but it wasn't, it had the hatchback rear window with the black vent-like things on it. He had everything goin on his engine too, you could tell easily. And I still smoked him like... I want to find him again once I'm done with my project car. omg thats so weird. There was this big dumb football star wannabe gay boy wrestler in my high school who was bragging to people when he beat up a retarted def kid cause he pinned him while wrestling. LMAO we ripped on that kid so much. Damn he was an idiot. . .
